Desired Skills/
Experience:
- Standard SAP Optimization & Fit-Gap Analysis: Enforce the zero-customization policy by auditing current FICO workflows, evaluating change requests, and driving standard SAP adoption over custom developments.
- Project Leadership & UAT Coordination: Lead continuous improvement projects by facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, and planning and executing comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Financial Reporting & SAP Analytics: Design and deliver advanced financial reports and dashboards utilizing SAP S/4
HANA embedded analytics, SAP FICO standard reporting, and core data tools. - End-User Training & Enablement: Develop role-based training materials and conduct enablement sessions to ensure high user adoption, minimize errors, and eliminate shadow spreadsheets.
- Data Governance & Cross-Functional Coordination: Oversee FICO master data integrity and act as the primary project liaison between finance stakeholders, business process owners, and technical IT teams.
Pluses:
- Formal or Informal SAP Training and/or certifications
- A BS Degree
- Experience working in a similar SAP Business Analyst role for a Manufacturing or Supply-Chain-Distribution type company.
