SRC) is seeking an energetic Technical Program Manager to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. This position serves as the single point of accountability for 5

SRC’s performance under the contract, overseeing all 110 FTE positions across CONUS, OCONUS, and permanent telework locations. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

• Manages staffing, deliverables, and overall program performance across the full network of 99 support locations.
• Serves as primary interface with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO) to ensure labor category compliance, reporting, and contract performance.
• Provides Government leadership with Monthly Progress Reporting on status of program performance.
• Ensures compliance with position vacancy, Compensation Commitment Plan, and productive-hours requirements.
• Coordinates transition-in activities and sustain no-break performance into the base period.

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management, team leadership, or contract administration.
  • Alternative:
    Associate's degree in a technical discipline with five (5) years of Team Lead or Management Experience.
• Three (3) years of related network engineering technical experience.
• General ability to manage staff, track deliverables, and communicate effectively with the COR.
• Must have and maintain a certification compliant with the Network Operations Specialist "Advanced" proficiency level, work role 441, per the current DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Qualification Matrix.
• Compliance with DoDD 8140.01, DoDI 8140.02, and DoDM 8140.03.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with government stakeholders, manage personnel, and report on contract performance.
• Prior experience managing large, geographically distributed DoD or federal network services contracts.
