We are looking for a Select Solder Operator for our WEEKEND shift
.

• Operate electromechanical solder equipment used in the assembly of electronic circuit boards in a manufacturing environment.
• Program machines as required to perform soldering applications to IPC-A-610 acceptability standards.
• Monitor the assembly process and make any corrective actions to ensure target defect goals.
• Soldering knowledge and skills required.
• Working knowledge of component identification.
• Must be able to use a microscope.
• Able to work well with others and follow written instructions.
• Able to work overtime when required.

• Min. two (2) years' experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
• IPC 610 / J-STD 001 Certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• US Citizenship required.
