• Issuing the RMA Sales order (describing the scope of work)
• Corresponding / communicating with the customer as required
• Scanning inbound product / verification of work order #’s received
• Issuing receipt purchase order number records
• Generating receipt files for product receipts
• Generating RMA work packet / maintaining completed RMA files
• Verification of Factory Logix readiness for work order launch
• Creating inbound scans for non-serialized product
• Releasing the RMA product into Factory Logix database
• On‑going / real‑time status of the RMA backlog / shipment plans
• Work order release and cost collection, and updates to sales orders
• Reconciliation of Epicor and Factory Logix database as it relates to RMAs
• Final work order cost collection as it relates to non‑warranty product
• Manage the shutdown / phase out of the old RMA database
• Manage the startup process for Epicor RMA database
• Report weekly RMA trends
• Coordinate debit and/or replacement product with CSRs, PMs, or Finance as required by the product classification
• Work in conjunction with RMA production specialist and all support functions
• Operate in compliance with guidelines in procedure CS-0004

• Work with Factory Logix database as it relates to regular production
• Scrap assignments and periodic reconciliation of Epicor to Factory Logix work order balances
• Track and record daily SMT production rates in support of the master scheduler

• Responsible for all LAB and Misc related sales order management
• Coordinate quotes for work
• Initiate related invoicing and program completion
• Maintain accurate sales order backlog as it relates to LAB/Misc orders
• Maintain LAB/MISC order files
• Correspond and communicate with the customer as required
• Coordinate aged receivables with/for associated sales orders

This position will report to the Sr. Director of Quality.
