Production Operator

Pay: $15.00/hour starting pay, with an attendance bonus of up to $2.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:30 PM, with every other Saturday required

Job Impulse is hiring Production Operators in Madison, AL, for a leading electronic manufacturing company. This is an entry-level opportunity for dependable individuals interested in manufacturing, with the opportunity to earn additional pay through an attendance bonus.

• Perform repetitive bench and assembly line production tasks.

• Operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.

• Follow quality standards and complete production documentation.

• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety guidelines.

• Report quality issues or unsafe working conditions to management.

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to follow workplace safety guidelines.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Availability to work Monday–Friday and every other Saturday.

• Starting pay of $15.00/hour.

• Attendance bonus of up to $2.00/hour.
