Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Madison Manor

Madison Manor is seeking qualified LPN applicants with Long Term Care experience to fill two Full Time Charge/Med Cart Nurse positions on 2nd shift (2:45 PM–11:15 PM) and 3rd shift (10:45 AM–7:15 PM). These roles require excellent supervisory skills and a minimum of 5–8 hour shifts per week. Shift differentials are $3.00 for 2nd shift and $2.00 for 3rd shift. Weekend shifts earn an additional $2.00 per hour on sick/sick pay.

Additional shifts may provide further hourly incentives.

• Charge/Med Cart Nurse duties on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• Supervise and lead nursing staff in long‑term care settings.
• Maintain quality patient care and documentation.
• Coordinate shift coverage and respond to emergencies.

• Licensed Practical Nurse with Long Term Care experience.
• Strong supervisory and staff‑management skills.
• Availability for 5–8 hour shifts per week, including weekends.
