As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality care and support to residents, working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure their comfort, safety, and well‑being.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Document care provided and observations in accordance with facility policies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: previous experience in long‑term care or a similar healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high‑quality care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.
