GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) role rting hourly rate: $15.50 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to assist with their needs.
• Assist guests and solve their specific needs, and thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to achieve goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment certified to move merchandise or store fixtures, if certified.
• Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times; follow safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws (e.g., adult beverage laws).
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders when required.
• Move and handle merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
