Hours:

Part‑time, hourly rate starting at $11.00. Flexible schedule may include evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.

• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing assistance and handling multiple customers efficiently.
• Assess customer needs and recommend products, using product knowledge and engaging in suggestive selling.
• Inform customers about store events, promotions, and special activities to enhance their experience and drive sales.
• Address customer concerns, offering alternative solutions and turning returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate merchandise restocking needs and customer feedback to management in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to meet overall store and company objectives.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and handheld devices.
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage customers.
• Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Basic information‑gathering skills to solve problems.
• Willingness to learn procedural knowledge through on‑the‑job training.

• Operate cash register frequently.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and place/remove merchandise up to a height of 5‑10 ft.
• Ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and store stock.
• Perform kneeling, bending, twisting, and stooping in the stock room and sales floor.
• Communicate with customers face‑to‑face or by telephone and with managers and coworkers.
• Move across the sales floor and to/from the stock room assisting customers and stocking.
• Work flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and occasional travel.
• Identify and decipher email and print instructions for merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and SOPs.
• Maintain upright stationary position for 80% of the time.
