2020 Companies is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our team of Wireless Sales Pros. The position is full‑time, requires immediate hire, and includes paid training.

As a Wireless Sales Pro, you will engage with consumers about post‑paid and pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans at Walmart.

• Work in the wireless services section within local Walmart stores.
• Engage consumers about carrier plans, accessories, and service plans.
• Learn to uncover consumer desires and overcome objections.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals and celebrate successes.
• No door‑to‑door, cold‑calling, or telemarketing.

• Average weekly earnings $800‑$1,000.

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environment.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers, assess needs, and suggest fitting products.
• Advise customers with product and service information.
• Build customer confidence to aid selection.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
• Maintain high customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
