RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales of insurance and financial services through outbound calls, networking, and relationship building
- Follow up on leads and referrals promptly and persistently
- Maintain and build a customer pipeline while juggling day-to-day client needs
- Help grow our footprint in the Madison area through proactive outreach and creative thinking
QUALIFICATIONS
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and "no excuse" mindset
- Comfortable making calls, meeting people, and closing deals
- Organized and efficient - can multitask without missing the details
- Coachable but doesn't need micromanaging
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential
