In this role, you’ll balance closing your own sales with mentoring and supporting your team. You’ll work directly with business owners and decision-makers to deliver tailored supplemental health insurance solutions, while also helping your team hit—and exceed—their goals.

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years post-high school experience.
Competitive background in sales, sports, or leadership is highly valued.
2+ years of B2B sales experience and/or prior leadership/management experience.
Paid training with classroom and field mentorship.
Weekly draw option, uncapped commissions, bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewals.
