Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain facilities across two buildings, troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and hardware failures while supporting company operations.

• Maintain all facilities for two buildings
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, plumbing, and hardware failures
• Drive company truck between facilities for maintenance purposes

• Experience in plant electrical, plumbing, and overall facility maintenance
• Experience in an electrical repair and maintenance field
• Forklift license/training
• Ability to climb extension ladders up to 40 feet
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs of dead weight
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 40 lbs of bag salt and dispense into softener vessel
• Ability to climb into and under equipment to maintain equipment
• Ability to work on elevated platforms and scissor lifts
• Ability to handle cubicle wall sections during remodeling
• Ability to stand on hard floors for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to get onto the roof of the facility to service A/C units
• Ability to drive a Medium Duty Box Truck and be insurable
• Must be a US Citizen
