Looking for a meaningful job opportunity? Are you ready to be part of a culture that makes a difference in kids' lives? Soccer Shots North Alabama works with kids ages 2-8 coaching soccer sessions, teaching character development, and being a consistent role model. Previous soccer coaching experience is not required but is welcomed. If you love hanging out with kids and have never played soccer, you’re good!
We ask our coaches to be prepared, arrive early, and commit to the 8-10 week session they are hired to coach. Soccer seasons are offered year-round, including winter.
Hours vary and can accommodate many schedules for those in school, stay-at-home parents, and those seeking flexible hours. Pay starts at $12/session for training and increases to $15/session when working as a head coach. Sessions last 30-45 minutes. We have sessions six days a week, so if you’re willing, we likely have sessions that fit your schedule.
Compensation: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour.
