The Madison Public Schools is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of 1.0 FTE Physics Teacher at the Daniel Hand High School. This position delivers curriculum for AP Physics (UCONN 1201Q & 1202Q) and AP Physics C (UCONN 1401Q & 1402Q). Instruction includes Newtonian mechanics, electricity and magnetism and the use of calculus in problem-solving and derivations. The teacher will facilitate laboratory investigations that emphasize inquiry-based problem-solving, data analysis and the maintenance of college-level journals.
Requirements- Applicants must hold a CT Teacher certification in Physics (032).
