Controller

Join the Vista Life Innovations team as a Controller to lead day‑to‑day finance operations, including accounting, payroll, benefits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, regulatory, funding compliance, and audit functions.

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and systems ensuring compliance with GAAP, nonprofit accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure internal controls and safeguards monitor revenues, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Manage the organization’s cash balances and cash flow forecasting.
• Analyze financial data and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements accurately and timely.
• Provide direct supervision of Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and other personnel.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience in accounting, finance, and/or business management (Vista may waive the Bachelor requirement for strong work background).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and payroll systems.
• Knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit and fund accounting.
• Experience working with government funding agencies is advantageous.
