We are opening a new clinic in Madison, Connecticut and seeking a motivated and dynamic Physical Therapist to help build our reputation for best‑in‑class care.

- Deliver direct patient care with emphasis on balance, vestibular, neurologic, and orthopedic rehabilitation
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and examinations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Adjust treatment strategies to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical leadership
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support long‑term success
- Learn and utilize FYZICAL’s proprietary treatment methodologies
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support daily clinic operations, quality standards, and best practices
- Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Connecticut PT license (or eligibility)
- 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist (adult outpatient experience preferred)
- Experience in orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurologic, or fall‑risk care is a plus
- Prior experience supervising PTAs or Techs is beneficial
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Able to thrive in a high‑autonomy, high‑trust environment
- CPR/BLS certified
- Proficient with EMR systems and digital clinical tools
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
