Banquet Porter

The Banquet Porter at Madison Beach Hotel is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of banquets and events. This includes setting up and breaking down event spaces, assisting with the coordination of food and beverage service, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

• Set up event spaces according to the specifications provided
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and décor as required
• Assist with the coordination of food and beverage service
• Provide excellent customer service to guests during events
• Ensure event spaces are clean and well-maintained
• Help with the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces after the conclusion of events

• Prior experience in banquet or event setup preferred
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and move furniture
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• $16.35 per hour
