Base Pay Range$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr
PositionMachine Assembler - Potdevin Machine
Duties and Responsibilities- Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Produce components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies.
- Positions and aligns components and parts.
- Use hand/power tools or machines to assemble parts.
- Test finished products for defects.
- Maintain the tools used to create products.
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
- Follow company procedures and safety rules.
- Perform other job duties.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Safety management mindset.
- Basic computer skills (familiarity with ERP systems a plus)
- Good communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
- Forklift operator a plus but not needed. Will train.
- Mechanical aptitude – understanding machinery and fit-up/assembly repair.
