Ring's End, Inc. is seeking a part‑time Customer Service / Sales Associate (Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays) in Madison, CT to maintain our retail operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

Connecticut‑based lumber and building materials retailer serving Connecticut, South County, Rhode Island, and Westchester County, NY. Family‑run, third generation, founded 1902.

As a retail ambassador, you will promote Ring's End products and services, assist customers with a smile, handle consumer dissatisfaction promptly, schedule deliveries, follow up, advise on building material inquiries, answer phones and emails, maintain inventory, and support store operations. The role requires flexibility, customer service excellence, and professionalism.
