Weekend Greeter

If you are a professional eager to get your toes wet in the bridal fashion world, we want to meet you!

We’re looking for a warm, organized, and personable Weekend Boutique Greeter to help create a welcoming, polished experience for every bride who walks through our doors. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with people, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Weekend availability is a must.

• Welcome and assist brides and guests as they arrive
• Check out customers and guide them through the purchasing process
• Learn and utilize our POS system for checkouts and gown orders
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries
• Schedule and confirm bridal appointments
• Prepare fitting rooms and the boutique for each appointment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Work one-on-one with brides during gown pick-ups, accessorizing appointments, and gown reveals
• Assist the Store Manager and Owner with various administrative and office tasks
• Attend and actively participate in ongoing in-person and online store training

The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with customers, and excited to be part of a bridal boutique team. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
