Relationship Builder
- More than managing programs, this person will build strong relationships with children and parents, work collaboratively with our Student Pastor and other ministry leaders, and have a teamwork mentality with the big picturevision of NMCC.Disciple-maker
- We especially want to develop older children into youngleaders who discover their gifts and learn to serve and minister to younger children. This person will be part in helping create a seamless pathway of discipleship and servant leadership from childhood into the teenage years and beyond.
We know there is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for someone with aheart for Jesus, a passion for children and families, and a vision for what God can dothrough the next generation at NMCC.
