  • Evaluate investments and program performance using net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), and cash flow analysis to guide business decisions.

  • Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, including strategy sprints and roadmap development, to align financial insights with long‑term objectives.
  • Spearhead process improvement initiatives, such as kaizen events, to reduce approval timelines and strengthen financial workflows and controls.
  • Lead financial education initiatives, such as Demystifying Finance, to build financial capability and understanding among non‑finance managers.
  • Support month‑end processes, including financial reporting, cost analysis, and reconciliations, to ensure accurate and timely results.
  • Collaborate with accounts payable and other finance functions to maintain accurate financial records and support robust reporting.
  • Utilize ERP systems and data visualization tools to develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports and dashboards.
  • Prepare and refine book capital tracking and related reporting to support capital planning and performance monitoring.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
