Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction.
We are currently seeking afull-time Medical Assistant to join our team at Madison Correctional Facility located in Madison, Indiana.
Responsibilities- Monitoring patient vital signs
- Implementing orders for diagnostic lab test
- Assisting the Physician with minor procedures
- Recording EKGs
- Maintaining and cleaning medical equipment
- Collecting data for Quality Improvement programs, as assigned
- Current Indiana Medical Assistant license/certification
- Current CPR
- Corrections experience preferred, not required
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Available Shift: full-time, 40 hours per week
