Position Summary:
The Global Infrastructure and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and ongoing management of global infrastructure, systems, and operational processes. This role ensures high availability, performance, security, and scalability of enterprise technology environments while supporting business operations across multiple regions. The position leads infrastructure and service delivery teams, manages vendor relationships, and aligns technology strategy with business objectives.
Duties
- Lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of global infrastructure and end-user computing environments.
- Oversee availability, performance, security, and reliability of mission-critical systems and services.
- Manage service desk operations, incident management, and SLA performance using established ITSM practices.
- Lead and develop a distributed team, providing coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
- Maintain and execute infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
- Manage enterprise collaboration platforms (O365, Teams, SharePoint), network infrastructure, endpoints, and service providers.
- Oversee disaster recovery planning, execution, and testing.
- Provide regular communication, reporting, and KPI updates to leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or cybersecurity.
- Minimum 7 years managing global infrastructure and computing environments.
- Minimum 7 years of people leadership and management experience.
