Assembler - 1st Shift

Primary Duties

• Responsible for accurate and efficient assembly in specific product cells
• Responsible for reading Work order screen/gauging priority level of next job
• Must be able to create accurate labels for finished products
• Must be able to read basic blue prints to pack or assembly product
• Responsible for cross-training and becoming proficient in multiple assembly cells
• Must be trained on fork truck
• Ensure parts are ready to meet customer expectations
• Responsible for keeping a safe and clean work area

• Technical skills: calipers, tape measures, and other measuring tools
• Lifting: Must be able to lift up-to 70 lbs. on a consistent basis.

• Skills and abilities
  
  consistent with a high school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred
