American Traveler is hiring an RN
- Operating Room with at least 2 years of OR experience and Epic proficiency for a surgical services assignment.

• Surgical Services department within an acute care hospital setting
• Experience needed across ortho, general surgery, OB/GYN, eyes, and urology cases
• DaVinci and bariatric surgery experience desired
• 12-hour day shifts from , three days per week
• On-call responsibilities required 7 days per six-week period, including 3 weekend days
• Uses Epic EMR

• Active RN license (Standard or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree (ASN) required
• Epic EMR experience required

• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for surgical patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide patient/family education throughout care and at discharge
• Monitor and document patient responses to clinical interventions
• Delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff while mentoring and precepting team members
• Participate in quality, safety, and service improvement initiatives under a Practice Governance framework
