ATV’s growth and impact in the off‑roading industry.
- Provide top‑notch customer service to all incoming calls from customers and dealerships.
- Consult with customers and dealerships to sell products that meet their riding needs through inbound calls, outbound calls, live chat, and email.
- Responsible for achieving revenue growth objectives by selling the Super
ATV product line and supporting customers with their purchases. - Offer technical support by researching, troubleshooting, and solving customer issues and/or assisting with installation questions.
- Follow up with customers on issues through both phone conversations and emails.
Qualified candidates will have proven inside sales and customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Ability to make independent decisions and be a self‑starter are critical.
Education / ExperienceMechanical aptitude, call center experience, and an associates or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Some travel may be required. Spanish speaking skills preferred.
Compensation and BenefitsThe US base salary range for this full‑time position is $18.51 to $21.78 per hour. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity.
