• Screen purchase requisitions (PR) from programs and award low‑value orders.
• Collaborate with end‑users to resolve discrepancies in received PRs.
• Act as sponsor for onboarding new suppliers.
• Conduct denied‑party screenings, track annual recertifications and insurance certificates.
• Act as expeditor to track critical shipments.
• Generate and maintain reports per team lead instructions.
• Prepare all documentation required by government and company policies.
• Travel on temporary assignments to programs both CONUS and OCONUS as needed.
• Support other projects and initiatives as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent; one year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education if a degree is required.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in procurement or related field.
• Customer‑service oriented, detail focused, proactively seeks improvement, and manages multiple tasks.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Sales and data analytics experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint.
• U.S. citizenship required.
