We’re a fast-growing, system-driven construction company looking for a Project Manager who thrives in organized chaos and can bring structure, accountability, and leadership to our operations.

• ✅ Manage multiple commercial roofing/construction projects from pre-con to close-out
• ✅ Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality control — no loose ends
• ✅ Collaborate with Field Operations, Superintendents, and Estimators
• ✅ Own client communication, job progress reporting, and key deliverables
• ✅ Enforce accountability with field teams and subs — meetings, reports, structure
• ✅ Identify process gaps, propose improvements — we want thinkers, not just doers
• ✅ Support development of internal systems as we scale

• ✅ Have 5+ years as a Project Manager in construction, roofing preferred
• ✅ Operate well in structured environments (we’re building one fast)
• ✅ Are comfortable leading job meetings, creating schedules, and tracking progress
• ✅ Know how to push accountability without babysitting
• ✅ Want to be part of building systems — not just running status quo
• ✅ Value clear communication, ownership, and team success
