Overview

Seeking a full-time BE/BC Physiatrist for a Medical Director role providing inpatient rehab care in the Jackson, MS area.

• Provide inpatient rehab care in the Jackson, MS area.
• Serve in a Medical Director role with leadership responsibilities as part of an experienced physical medicine physician leadership team.

• Board-certified/board-eligible Physiatrist (BE/BC).

• Mon-Fri hours
• Brand new hospital
• Flexible, diverse, independent practices
• Stable practices anchored with inpatient rehab and supplemented with hospital consults and/or SNF and/or LTAC
• Independent contractor (1099) and employed (W2) pay model choice
• Complete management and administrative support to allow physicians to focus on practicing medicine
• Integrated EHR / practice management system for documentation, data capture and revenue cycle
• In-house practice development resources and recruiting to support career opportunities
• Risk management and compliance departments

• Salary Range: $325k - $350k yearly
• $60K Sign-on bonus
• Relocation
• Monthly productivity bonus (no income cap)
• No practice overhead
• Malpractice insurance coverage and CME reimbursement
