This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Madison, MS, for an Accountant. The accountant will manage day‑to‑day financial transactions, including preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities also include assisting with budgeting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting audits as needed.

• Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
• Proficiency in Accounting Software, Bookkeeping, and Payroll Processing
• Analytical Skills and Accuracy in preparing financial data and identifying discrepancies
• Knowledge of Tax Compliance and Financial Regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in the insurance or finance sector is a plus
