Supports the Audit Response function to ensure effective compliance with U.S. Government contractual and financial regulations, including FAR, DFARS, CAS, and GAAP. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting audits, compliance documentation, and cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and compliance support for audit response activities
- Maintain electronic and hardcopy audit files as required
- Manage and update the Government Compliance SharePoint intranet site
- Support compliance activities related to established and new policies and procedures
- Collect, prepare, and report file review data and compliance metrics
- Support DCAA and DCMA RFIs and audits
- Assist with Incurred Cost Submissions, including compliance review and documentation
- Perform data mining, record retrieval, and audit‑related data entry
- Support special projects as assigned by the Director of Government Compliance
- Maintain working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, GAAP, and related regulations
- Participate in required training and professional development
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Minimal travel as required
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of government contract and financial compliance
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and GAAP — REQUIRED
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through
- Ability to manage tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Intermediate computer skills, including SharePoint and automated finance tools
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1–3 years of relevant compliance, audit, finance, or government contracting experience
