We are looking for an experienced Director of Data Science & Analytics to lead enterprise analytics, data science strategy, and advanced modeling initiatives. This leader will translate business challenges into data-driven solutions while building high-performing teams and promoting responsible use of analytics and artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the organization's data science and analytics strategy.
- Lead data scientists, analysts, and machine learning professionals.
- Identify business opportunities for predictive modeling, forecasting, and optimization.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee analytics platforms, data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Manage project priorities, budgets, resources, and delivery timelines.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and develop organizational analytics capabilities.
- Expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and relevant analytics tools.
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms and modern data architecture.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical results into actionable business recommendations.
Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field preferred. A bachelor's degree with substantial relevant leadership experience may also be considered.
