This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Manager located in LA or MS. The Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive team performance to meet sales goals. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring inventory, implementing company policies, and providing exceptional leadership to create a positive work environment for employees and a superior experience for customers.

• Strong skills in Communication and the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Proven expertise in Customer Service and driving Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Team Management and nurturing staff development
• Demonstrated success in Sales strategies and achieving targets
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with retail management software and point-of-sale systems is desirable
• Prior experience in a membership based management role is highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus
