Sales Focused Wellness Coordinator

Location: Madison, MS 39110 + Flowood, MS 39232
Starting Pay: $16/hour + Commission & Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Fridays & Saturdays Required

The Joint Chiropractic Madison at Colony Crossing and The Joint Chiropractic Flowood is looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven Wellness Sales Coordinator to join our growing team!

This isn't your typical front desk position. While providing exceptional patient service is important,
SALES is a major part of this role. We're looking for someone who is motivated by results, takes initiative, and enjoys the challenge of turning first-time visitors into loyal, long-term wellness members.

SALES & MEMBERSHIP GROWTH (Our Top Priority!)

• Confidently present, promote, and SELL chiropractic wellness memberships and packages.
• Convert first-time patients into recurring wellness members.
• Meet and exceed individual and clinic sales and conversion goals.
• Build value in our wellness plans and confidently overcome sales objections.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, retain, and re-engage existing patients.
• Proactively follow up with potential members and inactive patients to drive additional sales.
• Take ownership of your performance and actively contribute to clinic growth.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE & CLINIC OPERATIONS

• Create an upbeat, welcoming environment that makes every patient feel valued.
• Build genuine relationships that encourage patient loyalty and referrals.
• Manage patient check-ins, payments, and front desk operations.
• Answer phones, educate patients about services, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records using our point-of-sale software.
• Support marketing promotions, community outreach, and sales initiatives.
• Work closely with our chiropractors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience strongly preferred (retail sales, membership sales, fitness, hospitality, or similar industries).
• Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with sales expectations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Starting Pay: $16/hour after completion of training and probationary period.
