Madison, NJJob Type: Full-Time, In-Person About Madison Medical
Madison Medical is a physician-led, multidisciplinary practice delivering world-class, out-of-network care. Our model integrates advanced sports medicine, medical wellness, rehabilitation, and concierge-level service to produce exceptional clinical outcomes and an elevated patient experience.
We operate at the intersection of clinical excellence, operational precision, and modern systems. Every patient interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism, discretion, and thoughtful care coordination.
We are building a forward-thinking healthcare organization where technology, systems, and accountability support, not replace, great people.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly capable Patient Liaison to serve as a key connector between patients, providers, and internal teams. This role is foundational to patient experience, operational flow, and practice growth.
The position begins with front‑facing patient operations and is intentionally designed to evolve into a broader liaison role with expanded responsibility across departments. Growth in this role is performance-based, not tenure-based.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Takes ownership instead of taking things personally
- Adapts quickly as systems, workflows, and expectations evolve
This is not a passive or purely customer-service role.
Work Schedule (Required)This role requires strict schedule reliability and rotating weekend availability. The schedule is fixed and non‑negotiable:
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (split shifts)
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (rotating)
Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical to success in this role.
