We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote role involves managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including child custody, divorce, spousal support, and property division cases. Key responsibilities include filing motions, attending court hearings, participating in depositions, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will provide thorough, client‑centered representation while managing legal documents, conducting legal research, and developing case strategies tailored to each individual client.

Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods is a plus.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Family Law and handling various legal issues related to family matters
• Proficient in preparing legal motions and adept at managing court procedures
• Experienced in conducting depositions and effectively representing clients in court hearings
• Outstanding analytical, research, and legal writing skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and membership in the New Jersey State Bar
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and complex cases in a professional manner
