More About Our Hospital- 38‑bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital providing individualized, patient‑centered therapy and medical care.
- We specialize in recovery from Stroke and neurological disorders.
- Brain and spinal cord injuries.
- Orthopedic trauma and post‑operative recovery.
- Debilitating or chronic illnesses affecting functional independence.
Our modern facility features state‑of‑the‑art therapy gyms, transitional living spaces, outdoor therapeutic environments, and advanced rehabilitation equipment designed to promote patient mobility, strength, and independence. Our interdisciplinary model emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and compassionate care.
How You’ll Contribute Responsibilities- Leading and supervising nursing staff to ensure safe, high‑quality, and compliant patient care.
- Ensuring adherence to clinical policies, regulatory requirements, and evidence‑based practice standards.
- Partnering with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary leaders to optimize patient outcomes.
- Overseeing staffing, scheduling, performance management, and professional development of nursing team members.
- Supporting staff education, competency validation, and rehabilitation‑focused nursing practice.
- Monitoring clinical documentation to support accuracy, quality metrics, and medical necessity.
- Participating in quality improvement, patient safety, and performance initiatives.
- Fostering a respectful, supportive, and accountable work environment aligned with Lifepoint values.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred; ADN or Diploma accepted).
LicenseCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey.
CertificationsBLS required.
ACLS preferred.
CRRN preferred.
ExperienceMinimum of two (2) years of rehabilitation nursing experience preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff performance, resolve issues, and foster team development.
- Sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, and rehabilitation‑focused mindset.
