The Accounting Manager will play a key leadership role within the finance organization, helping to guide and develop the accounting team, streamline and enhance accounting processes, and support the company’s rollout of SAP as its new ERP system. This is a hands‑on, visible role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and enjoys both strategy and execution.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing accounting team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, month‑end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Implement and optimize accounting processes, internal controls, and best practices to support a growing organization.
• Serve as a key contributor in the company‑wide SAP implementation, including mapping processes, testing, training, and change management.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insight.
• Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of accounting operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in the CPG, Manufacturing, or Distribution industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
• Prior ERP implementation experience required; SAP experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, growth‑driven environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
