Our Finance team keeps the business side of Octopi and Asahi as sharp as our production side — and the Staff Accountant plays a key role in keeping our books accurate, audit-ready, and on time.
We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to support our accounting and financial reporting functions — from journal entries and reconciliations to month‑end close — helping keep our financial information accurate and reliable as we continue to grow.

- Prepare and post journal entries, and maintain and investigate general ledger account activity
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close
- Process and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and company bank deposits
- Support preparation of financial statements and management reports
- File and monitor tax reporting requirements, and maintain audit‑ready accounting records
- Track purchase orders and reconcile company credit card accounts
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
- 2-year accounting or business degree with 1–2 years of related experience, or a 4-year accounting degree
- Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Experience supporting fixed asset accounting
