Identify opportunities to improve and standardize AR processes, including customer credit approvals, delinquent account procedures, and collections workflows.
Lead efforts to streamline cash application and improve integration between banking lockboxes, billing software, and accounting systems.
Troubleshoot daily AR issues, reconcile accounts, assist with customer inquiries, and support accounts receivable reporting.
Train sales teams and new AR employees on billing procedures, account coding, and delinquency review processes.
Approximately five years of accounts receivable experience, with flexibility based on the candidate’s overall background.
Supervisory, team leadership, or experience providing guidance and training to others.
Experience improving accounting processes and working with financial systems; ERP or billing software experience is beneficial.
