Position Overview

The Commission Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the accurate processing of real estate transactions and commission payments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy throughout the transaction process.

Responsibilities

• Process and review new and closed real estate sales transactions
• Review, track, and maintain open contracts
• Receive, reconcile, and deposit transaction funds and incoming checks
• Calculate, verify, and distribute commission payments accurately and timely
• Maintain detailed transaction files and records
• Prepare reports and assist with commission-related audits and inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transaction procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Solid math and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
