Duties:
Seeking a detail-oriented professional with exceptional customer service skills to support administrative computer software solutions, including financial management systems. In this role, the successful candidate will provide training on software applications, troubleshoot issues, resolve user questions, and collaborate with multiple departments while working closely with school districts and vendors. The position also involves organizing training sessions, leading user group meetings, and supporting additional software applications as assigned.
Experience with fund accounting is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong project management skills. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Travel required within a five-county region (Madison, Oneida, Herkimer, Jefferson, and Lewis Counties) for training and support.
