Administrative Coordinator – TEKsystems

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Join our team as an Administrative Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting the leadership and operations of our Device Manufacturing Site. This is more than an administrative role—it’s an opportunity to contribute to projects, streamline processes, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do- Support Site Leadership:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare materials, and coordinate travel and expense reports. - Coordinate
Key Activities:
Organize leadership meetings, site‑wide training sessions, and special events. - Facilitate Onboarding:
Assist with interviews, IT setup, workspace preparation, and orientation for new hires. - Maintain Communication Channels:
Manage SharePoint sites, distribution lists, and internal communication tools. - Handle Office Operations:
Oversee mail, supplies, vendor relationships, and meeting room bookings. - Drive Engagement:
Lead or support company initiatives such as CSR, ESG, and social committee activities. - Collaborate Across Teams:
Provide administrative support to other functions and work closely with Facilities for site needs.
- 3‑5 Years of Administrative Experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SharePoint and Visio is a plus
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks independently
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or related industries preferred

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
