Base pay range

$26.62/hr - $33.00/hr

This position provides essential administrative support to Sherwin-Williams wholesale and retail store operations, sales territories, and district management. Duties include communications and meeting administration; data entry and management in HRIS, ATS, and timekeeping systems; filing and record keeping; monitoring financial/operating reports; processing expense reports; supporting training and performance management processes; and ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support talent acquisition and HR in recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees navigating company resources and processes
  • Support performance management, training, and corrective action programs
  • Manage communications and sales project support for the district
  • Maintain accurate data and records within HRIS, ATS, timekeeping system, and document repositories
  • Gather and report data with useful metrics
  • Other administrative functions as required including scheduling meetings, ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating travel, and ad‑hoc reporting
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have at least a High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and/or Outlook)
  • At least one (1) year of work experience in an administrative support or customer service position
  • Associate degree or higher in Business, Business Management, or Human Resources
  • Prior work experience using an HRIS and/or ATS
  • Prior work experience maintaining and analyzing data
  • Prior work experience using timekeeping systems
