The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is presently taking applications to establish an eligibility list for the position of Office Clerk, which ক্ষেত্রে one position exists.
Job DescriptionWarrants and Extradition Clerk
Maintain accurate filing system and have workable knowledge of computers and perform high quality data entry. Coordinate-achọ transportation of inmates from one facility to another and work with agencies throughout the United States. Manage incoming calls and a sharp eye for detail. Must be able to complete and retain all necessary training and certification in teletype, protection orders, vehicle inspection and security awareness.
We are looking for someone experienced in an office setting with proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel). Strong punctual habits, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must maintain a good working relationship with employees and deal firmly and courteously with the public.
Hiring ProcessCandidates:
Following a review of all applications, qualified candidates will be invited to participate in the interview process. All candidates, must pass an extensive background investigation.
Starting probationary salary $46,468.00 per year with graduated increases for three years, to $48,904.00

Posted salary negotiable based on certification, experience, and qualifications.
