Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Beltline Highway

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full‑time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $16/hr and is located at 200 W Beltline Hwy, Madison, WI 53713.

• Sunday: OFF
• Monday: 8:00am-5:30pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am-5:30pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am-5:30pm
• Thursday: 8:00am-5:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am-5:30pm
• Saturday: 9:00am-1:00pm (every other Saturday with time off during the week)

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle’s exterior—including cars, vans and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place any valuable items in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of preparation process as necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from the branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations (desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch)

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past three years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past three years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must have at least twelve (12) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
