Founded in 1925 and family‑owned for 100 years, the company operates eight dealerships across the state with a focus on customer‑first service, employee involvement, integrity, and continuous improvement.
About the RoleThis high‑impact leadership position oversees a large‑scale parts department with more than $1.5 million in inventory, supporting our wholesale program and busy service centers. We’re seeking a candidate with:
- Deep knowledge of dealership parts operations
- Ford parts experience (preferred)
- Prior experience as a Parts Manager (or ready to step into the role)
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of team development
- Proficiency with Dealer Track DMS

Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
- Supervise and train parts staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with service and sales departments to meet customer needs and ensure proper parts availability.
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, sales, and purchases.
- Develop and use strategies to increase parts sales and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient with computer applications related to parts management and sales reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
