Your Responsibilities

As a Master Automotive Technician, you will:

• Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
• Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and achieve outstanding results.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 5 years in high-level diagnostic work.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve Master L1, A Tech.
• Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and the ability to read schematics.
• A commitment to long-term career development.
• Experience working on and diagnosing all makes and models.
• Your own toolbox and tools.
• A valid driver's license and insurability.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A low comeback rate and a team-oriented mindset.
• Coachability and a positive, can-do attitude.
• High proficiency with technology and familiarity with various manufacturer software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements

In this role, you will need to:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Stand for most of your shift and perform tasks that require crouching, squatting, and kneeling.
• Navigate tight spaces as needed for vehicle repairs.
• Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles and efficiently navigate a computer.
